We look for well-rounded individuals with good interpersonal skills, excellent writing skills and strong
commitment to their work. While excellent academic qualifications are important to us, we avoid arbitrary
cut-offs or specifications.
We recognize the value of lawyers with post-graduate degrees in substantive fields (MBA, CPA, engineering,
science and medical degrees, for example). In addition, several of our lawyers have held judicial clerkships
after law school. We are interested in distinguished service over prestigious credentials.
