Training and Early Experience

The Parrish Law Firm offers an outstanding opportunity for professional development and advancement. Research and writing skills are critically important for all of our associates, but associates also learn early through on-the-job training to prepare for and participate in trials, depositions, business transactions, arbitrations, hearings and client meetings. We encourage our associates to get as much client contact and courtroom experience as they can. Our associates are directly involved in the management and operation of all practice areas - we avoid limiting flexibility -- and each associate builds their individual practice according to their abilities and interests. While early responsibility is the norm, new associates are closely mentored by our more senior attorneys.

Promotion

There is no single track to partnership at the Parrish Law Firm. Advancement depends on the individual attorney's development and contribution. Likewise, there is no single, rigid compensation structure. While all attorneys are expected to contribute reasonable billable hours, attorneys are rewarded for myriad skills beyond that standard.
