Representative Cases:

• State v. Smith, 761 N.W.2d 63 (Iowa 2009). The trial court improperly disqualified client’s counsel based on a perceived conflict of interest in a 1st degree murder case, which was overturned by the Iowa Supreme Court.
• Morris-Rosdal v. Schechinger, 576 N.W.2d 609 (Iowa App. 1998). Iowa Court of Appeals awarded a new trial on the issue of damages for client who was injured after a vehicular collision with a school bus.
